Catered
Chalets
Our catered chalets are hosted
by Ski Morgins chalet staff who are there to create a comfortable, relaxed
atmosphere. As well as running the chalet, they will make sure your holiday
is an enjoyable experience and are always on hand to offer advice and
assistance. Ski Morgins prides itself on its flexibility and
our staff will be only too willing to help you as much as possible.The
day begins with a continental style breakfast of cereals, porridge, eggs,
freshly baked bread, jams, coffee and orange juice. On your return to
the chalet at the end of the days skiing afternoon tea, including
homemade cakes or biscuits, will be waiting - first back puts the kettle
on!!
A three-course dinner with wine and coffee is normally served at 8p.m.
Timings are flexible so please make arrangements with your host if you
want to eat at a slightly different time. If you have young children in
your party you can arrange for them to have a high tea earlier in the
evening to leave you free to relax and enjoy your dinner. Your host will
have a day off once a week, leaving you free to enjoy one of the local
restaurants. We are more than happy to advise you on where to eat and
make reservations on your behalf. (On these days you will be asked to
collect your bread from the bakery in the centre of the village and prepare
your own breakfast and afternoon tea although a cake will already have
been baked!)
Please note
that we provide all linen and towels in our catered chalets.
Self-Catered
Chalets
Ski Morgins can also offer a some of its accommodation
on a self-catered basis. On your arrival you will find a welcome
hamper containing a few basic provisions to get you going. The beds
will already have been made for you and you will be visited by one of
our representatives on the evening of your arrival to discuss your holiday
and skiing requirements. You are more than welcome to join in our ski
guiding programme and one of our staff will visit you at least twice during
your stay to update you with any local information, events and to check
on your progress.
Our staff can advise you on the best restaurants and bars; where you can
do your shopping; alternative activities available in Morgins and any
other information you may need.
We hope that you will find your accommodation clean, comfortable, tidy
and well equipped. If, on your arrival, this is not the case you are requested
to notify the Ski Morgins office by the end of the day. Details of how
to find the office will be found in the chalet information brochure which
will be in your accommodation on your arrival.
We do not require a damage deposit but ask that the accommodation is left
in the same condition in which it was found and that any damage to contents
or property is reported at the end of your stay.
Please note that the self-catered prices
include heating, electricity, water and all linen including bath towels.
All our chalets have
televisions, VCRs or DVD players and CD players - we do not, however,
provide videos, DVDs or CDs so please bring your own
